The Myers-Briggs instrument is one of the most
widely used personality assessment tools in the world for understanding individual differences and uncovering new ways to work and interact with others. Based on your individual responses, the
Myers-Briggs instrument produces results to identify which of sixteen different personality type best describes you and how your type interacts with others. Most of our leadership development and
team building coaching programs offer the Myers-Briggs in combination with the 360-degree multi-rater assessment tool.

The California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™):
The CPI is a personality test designed to evaluate
interpersonal behavior and social interaction within individuals. The instrument contains items designed to forecast what a person will say or do under defined conditions, their approach to life, how
they see themselves and how they compare to others on characteristics that are important at work and in everyday living. This is an excellent assessment tool to add to any leadership development
program.

The Strong Profile allows you to learn your employee's preferred
style of working, learning, leading, risk taking and team participation.
