Certified in Executive Coaching, Sara Orozco Consulting uses only reliable and valid assessment techniques to help organizations discover and identify their areas of strengths. Using our assessment methods, we come to deeply understand individuals and, thereby, their likely fit with a particular organization, team, or company culture. Below are a few samples of the most widely requested online instruments and assessments. After the initial meeting, a customized assessment package will be developed for you and your company.

    Emotional Intelligence (360-degree)
    Multi-Rater Assessment:
    The Genos® EI is a 360-degree multi-rater assessment tool used to identify and develop extraordinary people skills, as well as assess leadership capability and employee effectiveness. Dr. Orozco is an accredited Genos® EI (360-degree) provider. This is an excellent assessment tool to use with any coaching package.

    The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) Assessment:
    The Myers-Briggs instrument is one of the most widely used personality assessment tools in the world for understanding individual differences and uncovering new ways to work and interact with others. Based on your individual responses, the Myers-Briggs instrument produces results to identify which of sixteen different personality type best describes you and how your type interacts with others. Most of our leadership development and team building coaching programs offer the Myers-Briggs in combination with the 360-degree multi-rater assessment tool.

    The Fundamental Interpersonal Relations
    Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B®) Assessment:
    The FIRO-B® can help people understand how their need for inclusion, control and affection can shape their interactions with others at work or in their personal life. Easy to administer and complete, the FIRO-B® assessment is ideal for one-on-one coaching, team building initiatives, communication workshops and leadership development programs.

    The California Psychological Inventory™ (CPI™):
    The CPI is a personality test designed to evaluate interpersonal behavior and social interaction within individuals. The instrument contains items designed to forecast what a person will say or do under defined conditions, their approach to life, how they see themselves and how they compare to others on characteristics that are important at work and in everyday living. This is an excellent assessment tool to add to any leadership development program.

    Strong Interest Inventory®:
    The Strong Profile allows you to learn your employee's preferred style of working, learning, leading, risk taking and team participation.

    Complete Team Building and Leadership Development Package:
    Complete team packages include materials and assessments for group facilitators, team leaders, coaches, and consultants working with people to achieve extraordinary results through teams. Assessments help individuals identify their preferred team player style and discover the role they can play to maximize their contribution to overall team performance. These team assessments can be combined with the 360-degree feedback survey and the Myers-Briggs. This package is an excellent team building and leadership development coaching package that can be used in any setting.
